University Development is the office chiefly responsible for the University’s fundraising efforts. University Facilities is responsible for nearly all aspects of the physical campus – from grounds to buildings, electrical to plumbing. University Facilities handles the detailed planning and execution of all campus construction projects including the logistical organization of all subcontractors.
